We offer a next day delivery option, depending on you postcode.

We always try and offer a next day delivery option to most of the UK, but it depends on your postcode. Find out more at the checkout.

We offer a 30-day peace of mind returns.

Eligible items: We offer returns on items in in new condition that are in their original packaging. Items purchased used are not eligible to be returned.

Time-frame: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping fees: If the return is a result of our error, we will happily pay for shipping. Otherwise, we charge £10 for return shipping of most items.

Refunds: You should receive your refund within 2 weeks of starting the return process. This includes 1-2 business days to generate a return label, 1-2 business days to process the refund, and 5-10 business days for your bank to clear the funds.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the new item. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items. We’ll issue a full refund, minus the return shipping cost, once the original item is returned to us in new, unused condition. Our support team is happy to help with any exchange questions you may have.


You may cancel any order within thirty (30) minutes of purchase. If you cancel after this time period, your order may have already been processed with our warehouse or one of our partners. If you cancel after this time period, you may be responsible for the return fees detailed above.

Warranties and Damage

Shipping damage: if an item arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund for the item so long as you send it back to us, and subject to our return shipping fees policy above.

Warranty claims: Please email if you have a potential warranty issue that is not a result of natural wear and tear and is not due to an accident. Please provide as much detail about your issue as possible in your email. Attach photos of the defective area on the item with a description of the issue. Note that some manufacturers will require you to contact them directly with warranty claims; if this is the case, we will help you start that process.
